By creating an account, placing an order, or downloading any Codsha software, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms of Use and any applicable laws. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

Codsha sells digital software products ("Software") designed for use on Microsoft Windows and Apple macOS operating systems. Current products include:

• Codsha Flow — desktop workflow automation tool
• Codsha Sort — intelligent file organization tool
• Codsha Vault — file encryption and security tool

All products are delivered digitally. No physical shipment is made. Upon successful payment, you will receive a download link and a license key by email.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed at the time of purchase. Codsha accepts major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Codsha does not offer refunds once a license key has been delivered and the Software has been downloaded. Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of Codsha in the following circumstances:

• The Software fails to install or function on a compatible system and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team within a reasonable timeframe
• A duplicate purchase was made in error and the second key has not been used

To request a refund exception, contact us at support@codsha.net within 7 days of purchase with your order details and a clear description of the issue.

All content on codsha.net, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software code, is the exclusive property of Codsha and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Codsha name, logo, and product names are trademarks of the Company.

You may not use any Codsha trademark, logo, or brand asset without prior written consent from Codsha.

Your use of codsha.net is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Codsha software products are designed with a privacy-first approach: they operate locally on your device and do not collect, transmit, or store your personal data on any external server.

The only personal information Codsha holds is what you provide voluntarily during the purchase process (name, email address, billing details), which is used solely for order processing and customer support.

Codsha may, at its discretion, release updates, patches, or new versions of the Software. Free updates are provided for the lifetime of the purchased product version. Major version upgrades may require a separate purchase.

Technical support is available by email at support@codsha.net. Codsha will make reasonable efforts to respond within 24 business hours. Codsha does not guarantee resolution of all support requests.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Codsha disclaims all warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Codsha does not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Codsha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Software, even if Codsha has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Codsha and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Software
• Your violation of these Terms of Use
• Your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party

Codsha reserves the right to terminate or suspend your license immediately and without notice if you breach any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

Termination does not entitle you to a refund. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in full effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which Codsha operates.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of Codsha products shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting us at support@codsha.net. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, disputes may be submitted to competent jurisdiction as determined by Codsha.

Codsha reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on codsha.net with an updated effective date. Your continued use of any Codsha product or website after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
